Its all about R.E.S.P.E.C.T., whenever your are trying to convey a message to someone. If you are trying to provide feedback and your delivery is rude and harsh, defensive wall goes up, but if your respectful and your delivery is careful then the person receiving the criticism is bound to listen with open ears, and an open mind.
